Cancellations - Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to charge.
Client Confidentiality - All client and case information is confidential between the client and North Western Vet Physio and your vet. Any images or details shared must have client's consent to do so.
Complaints - Here at North Western Vet Physio we strive to deliver a five star service, in the event of a complaint in the first instance please contact us directly. If you require further support please contact the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP).
Data Protection - North Western Vet Physio complies with General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Insurance - North Western Vet Physio is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP), and is fully insured with Balens.
Payment - All fees will be discussed prior to treatment and stated in a detailed invoice following treatment.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Invoices must be settled in full within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Records - All records are kept confidential, and remain the property of North Western Vet Physio. Any veterinary surgeon or paraprofessional taking over the case will receive records of the case on the client's consent.
Refusal of Treatment - Your animal may be refused treatment if it is deemed unsuitable. Treatment is at North Western Vet Physio's discretion.
Veterinary Referral - Working under the Vet Surgeons Act 1966, we require veterinary referral for every case we see. Appointments may be refused if the referral has not been received prior to the appointment.
